The platform allows learners to cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the booking start time.
If You Cancel More Than 24 Hours Before the Lesson
- The booking credit is returned instantly to your EzLicence wallet.
- Booking credits remain valid for 24 months.
Acceptable Reasons for a Late Cancellation
The platform allows learners to cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the booking start time.
- You are unwell.
- An immediate family member is unwell and requires your care.
- You have been unexpectedly called into work.
If You Cancel Within 24 Hours of the Booking Start Time
- It is treated as a late cancellation
- You will be charged the full booking fee.
- The fee is charged to compensate the instructor for lost time and income.
Return / Refund Policy
Credit Return Process
When a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the lesson:
- The payment is returned as credit to your EzLicence wallet.
- The returned credits can be used for future bookings.
- Credits remain valid for 24 months.
Refund Eligibility
- No cash refund is mentioned.
- Payment is not necessarily returned to your bank account or card.
Late Cancellation Charges
- The full booking fee is charged.
- An exception may apply if a late-cancellation request is approved by the platform.
